Natasha is a senior paralegal in the area of Insurance Litigation Defence and brings more than 16 years of experience. Natasha has experience in all aspects of the litigation process including drafting pleadings, preparing chambers applications, gathering and analyzing medical and wage loss evidence, instructing experts/investigators and communicating with clients.

Natasha first joined Alliston Byrd & Wong as a paralegal in the area of Insurance Litigation Defence from 2002 to 2016. In her personal time, Natasha enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends. She has volunteered at various BCSSA and Swimming Canada events for over 15 years.

Celinda is a Corporate Paralegal at Alliston Byrd & Wong. She provides support with corporate and transactional matters, including incorporation of new companies, maintaining corporate records, and more complex corporate matters involving restructuring of corporate entities.

Celinda received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New Brunswick, and was the recipient of the John Teed Prize in Community Planning. Aynsley’s familiarity with the land development process and municipal environment enables her to provide timely and practical advice to both municipal and private sector clients on the full range of issues that may arise throughout the approvals process. Celinda has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario. She appears regularly before the Ontario Municipal Board, and holds a Certificate in Provincial Offences Court Practice from Osgoode Hall. Celinda is a member of the Ontario Bar Association – Municipal Section Executive, the University of Waterloo Planning Alumni of Toronto Committee, and the Simcoe County Law Association, and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2012.

Outside of legal work, she assists her partner in managing the operation of a fitness center. Her interests include rollerblading, watching movies, spending time with friends and family, and travelling.

Alice brings a broad depth of experience in the provision of paralegal support and specializes in insurance litigation defence work. She has significant experience in all aspects of the litigation process including drafting pleadings, preparing chambers applications, gathering and summarizing medical evidence, preparing quantum assessments, summarizing discovery evidence, interviewing witnesses, considering and making recommendations with respect to appropriate experts required and instructing experts/investigators. She has extensive experience in handling major loss files with ICBC’s Head Office Claims.
